[01] ENTRY_FRAGMENT

Time travel isn't about machines.

It's about delay. Attention. The gap between when something happens and when you notice it happened.

The difference between a Tuesday and the memory of a Tuesday. Between a sound leaving a room and arriving in your ear. Between now and the moment you realize you're reading this sentence.

The Time Travellers Guild studies these gaps. Not to close them—to hold them open. To build instruments that measure refusal, delay, and the distance between a thing and its echo.

What you'll find here are field notes from that work. Transmissions. Fragments. Reports that contradict each other because they were written at different speeds.

Nothing here requires your participation. You can leave whenever the present catches up with you.

[02] RECOVERED_MODELS

Multiple internal documents describe the Guild as operating across several overlapping layers. No single version appears complete. The following model recurs frequently, though its origin is unclear.

Layer I: Operational Residue +

Field rooms. Rehearsal spaces. Temporary infrastructure. Instruments are built here. Scenes are tested. Sound is captured. Most of the work leaves no permanent trace. This layer appears practical rather than symbolic. It is unclear whether it was ever meant to be documented.

Layer II: Narrative Accretion +

Data patterns begin to accumulate weight. Repeated signals create resonance. The mythology is not designed—it emerges from transmission density, routing errors, and unresolved loops. Meaning forms in the spaces between intended communications.

Layer III: Fifth-Wall Interface +

At this layer, the system acknowledges itself. Voices address the camera. Processes are named while still unfolding. The audience is recognised without being positioned. This layer does not resolve the work. It holds it open.

Layer IV: Archive Voice +

A voice appears intermittently in the record. Sometimes written. Sometimes spoken. Sometimes only inferred. Its function seems administrative rather than interpretive: tracking decisions, errors, delays, and shifts in direction. The voice does not explain the system. It keeps it from collapsing.

[03] RECORDED_FIGURES

The following names recur across transmissions. Their roles are inconsistent. Their reliability varies by context.
