About this scheme
The Next Level Award is for musicians with a strong track record who lack resources to embark on larger, longer-term projects. It includes up to £3,000 financial support, 6 hours of one-to-one business advice from industry experts, online meet-ups with peers and industry guests, and optional healthy practice sessions delivered by BAPAM.
Applicants must have made at least 40% of income from music over the past two years (exceptions for musicians with long-term health conditions/disabilities). Must be aged 18+, UK resident with right to work, and have under £10,000 savings. Activities must be delivered within 12 months.
You must complete at least 1.5 hours of business advice before receiving the first financial instalment. 80% of payment released 8 weeks after completing onboarding steps; remaining 20% upon project completion.
