About this scheme

The Create and Engage Fund supports the creation of arts experiences for the public in Wales, including music projects. Musicians can apply, though ACW does not fund projects that only record, promote and release music — for those, contact PRS Foundation, Help Musicians or Tŷ Cerdd.

Two levels: Small grants up to £10,000 (no deadlines, but allow 10 working weeks between application and project start) and Large grants up to £60,000 (deadline-driven, allow 12 working weeks). Individuals must live in Wales; organisations must be based in Wales or delivering activity there.

Fundable activities include creating new work, presenting, programming, touring, community work and training. Projects must support at least one of ACW's strategic goals.
